Receiving Your Order
1. Order complete (items now reserved from stock)
You will receive an order confirmation email (automated). It is not possible to change the order details after they have been confirmed, so please check the product size, color, quantity.
2. Order shipment email
You will receive an email informing you that your order has been dispatched for address of “tenso.com”.
Please also note that shipment services can be extremely busy at certain times of the year.
Your order will be delivered by“tenso.com”.
Reserving Items from Stock
Your items will not be reserved until you have completed the order. Please note that the items in your shopping cart are not yet reserved.
If You Do Not Receive an Email

Stock is updated irregularly as decisions are made, so please check the current website for stock availability.
Since our stock is updated on an irregular basis, we regret that we cannot respond to questions about whether certain items are due to come back in stock.
