[How to Purchase Items]

Placing Your Order

1. Add items to the shopping cart
Please note that the items in your shopping cart are not reserved at this point.
2. Enter customer information.
3. Payment method
Select a payment method.
4. Confirm order details
Please check your order for mistakes before confirming.
5. Credit card payment procedure
Please complete the payment at this point.
6. Complete
The products will now have been reserved from the stock

Receiving Your Order

  1. 1. Order complete (items now reserved from stock)
    You will receive an order confirmation email (automated). It is not possible to change the order details after they have been confirmed, so please check the product size, color, quantity.
  2. 2. Order shipment email
    You will receive an email informing you that your order has been dispatched for your address. Please also note that shipment services can be extremely busy at certain times of the year.

  3. 3. Delivery
    Your order will be delivered by EMS or International parsel.

Reserving Items from Stock

Your items will not be reserved until you have completed the order. Please note that the items in your shopping cart are not yet reserved.

If You Do Not Receive an Email

The most used method in international shipping. Normal delivery days is about 2 to 4 days.

AIR

SAL parcels are transported to destination countries using vacant space on aircrafts.
Delivery may take longer if there is not enough space.
Therefore, the standard days has a margin of about a week.

Surface Mail

The cheapest method for delivery.
The departure of a ship may take longer time after the posting of your item.

Colors are indicated using axes femme’s original color notation system. In addition, products with the same color notation may be different shades.

Product Images

When taking photos of products, we do our best to get the color close to the color of the product itself.
However, the product color may look different due to your monitor or the monitor settings.

Restocking Products

Stock is updated irregularly as decisions are made, so please check the current website for stock availability.

Since our stock is updated on an irregular basis, we regret that we cannot respond to questions about whether certain items are due to come back in stock.
